Who we are
Soliana Health (“Soliana,” “we,” “us”) is a company based in Washington, D.C. We are building structured post-procedure follow-up tools for dermatology and plastic surgery practices.

What this policy covers
This policy applies to solianahealth.com, including company pages, clinician sign-in, and any demonstration of the product. It covers information we receive when you visit the site or email us.
It does not cover a live clinical product used by a practice to monitor real patients. That service is not generally available on this website. If Soliana later provides software to a healthcare provider, that relationship will be governed by a separate agreement.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Information you send us, such as your name, email address, organization, and the contents of a message when you contact us about the product, careers, or investor materials.
- Basic technical information created by visiting the site, such as browser type, device type, referring page, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs to operate and secure the site.
- Information you enter on the clinician sign-in page. That form does not create an account or open the portal. Do not submit real login credentials that you use elsewhere.
We do not ask you to submit patient information through this website. Please do not email protected health information or other patient records to us.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries from practices, investors, and other visitors.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- Protect the site against misuse.
- Meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or run third-party advertising on this site.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers who help us host the website or operate our email, and only as needed for that work. We may also share information if required by law, to protect Soliana or others, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of the company.
Patient information and the product preview
The clinician portal available from this site is a demonstration. It uses sample patients and illustrative photos. It is not a medical record and is not intended for real clinical use.
Do not enter real patient names, photos, medical record numbers, or other health information into the preview. If you do, we will treat that as an accidental submission and delete it when we become aware of it.
Soliana does not independently diagnose. Clinical judgment stays with the care team.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site or its hosting environment may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to deliver pages securely.
Retention and security
We keep email and inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to run the company, then delete or archive them. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can email us to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we need to keep. You can also choose not to contact us or not to use the site.
Children
This website is intended for adults, including clinicians and practice staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
