Who we are
Soliana Health is operated by Solisana LLC (“Soliana,” “we,” “us”). We are building structured post-procedure follow-up tools for dermatology and plastic surgery practices.

What this policy covers
This policy applies to solianahealth.com, including company pages, clinician sign-in, and any demonstration of the product. It covers information we receive when you visit the site or email us.
It also covers the Soliana Health SMS verification program used to verify phone numbers and sign in to the Soliana Health mobile app. Read the SMS privacy section for details.
The SMS section covers authentication and messaging information. It does not replace the privacy notice or agreements that apply to clinical records held by a healthcare practice. A live clinical service is not generally available through this public website.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Information you send us, such as your name, email address, organization, and the contents of a message when you contact us about the product, careers, or investor materials.
- Basic technical information created by visiting the site, such as browser type, device type, referring page, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs to operate and secure the site.
- Information you enter on the clinician sign-in page. That form does not create an account or open the portal. Do not submit real login credentials that you use elsewhere.
We do not ask you to submit patient information through this website. Please do not email protected health information or other patient records to us.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries from practices, investors, and other visitors.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- Protect the site against misuse.
- Meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or run third-party advertising on this site.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers who help us host the website or operate our email, and only as needed for that work. We may also share information if required by law, to protect Soliana or others, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of the company.
The SMS-specific limits below apply to mobile numbers and messaging consent. The general sharing provisions above do not permit another organization to use that information for its own marketing or messaging program.
SMS verification privacy
Soliana Health sends one-time verification codes when you request phone verification or sign-in and agree to receive a text. This program does not send marketing, appointment reminders, medical results, treatment information, or patient photos. Related service messages may confirm an opt-out or respond to a request for help.
Information used for verification texts
- Your mobile phone number and its association with your Soliana Health account.
- Records of your request and consent to receive verification texts, including when and how consent was given, and any opt-out request.
- Message and delivery records, such as sending time, delivery status, and verification outcome.
- Technical and security information needed to detect misuse, such as request timestamps, IP addresses, and device information.
- Information you provide when you contact us for help with verification or messaging.
We use this information to deliver requested codes, verify access to your phone number, protect accounts, troubleshoot delivery, honor messaging choices, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
No sale or marketing use of mobile information
We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers. We do not disclose mobile information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional activities. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with other organizations for their own purposes, including their own messaging programs.
Amazon Web Services, messaging delivery providers, and mobile carriers process the information needed to authenticate users, deliver texts, and apply opt-out choices on our behalf. Such processing is limited to providing those services; it does not authorize independent advertising or marketing. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
Your consent, opt-out, and support choices
You choose whether to request a verification text. Visiting our website or accepting general terms does not by itself enroll you in SMS messaging. Consent to verification texts does not authorize promotional messages.
Reply STOP to stop verification texts. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Further verification texts will not be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out may prevent completion of phone-based sign-in. Contact team@solianahealth.com for help with account access or messaging preferences.
Reply HELP for messaging assistance, or email team@solianahealth.com. Message frequency depends on your verification requests, including resends. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention and protection of SMS information
We retain messaging information only as long as needed to operate verification, document consent, honor opt-outs, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations. Opt-out records may be retained to prevent further messages. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for these purposes. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. SMS messages may be visible on your device or to your mobile service provider; keep verification codes private and do not send medical information by text.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your SMS-related personal information by emailing team@solianahealth.com. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain records needed for security, opt-outs, or legal obligations.
Patient information and the product preview
The clinician portal available from this site is a demonstration. It uses sample patients and illustrative photos. It is not a medical record and is not intended for real clinical use.
Do not enter real patient names, photos, medical record numbers, or other health information into the preview. If you do, we will treat that as an accidental submission and delete it when we become aware of it.
Soliana does not independently diagnose. Clinical judgment stays with the care team.
Cookies and website analytics
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand website visits and improve the site. These services may process page visits, device and browser information, and technical identifiers. Google Analytics may use cookies. Our hosting environment may also use necessary cookies or similar technology to deliver pages securely.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. SMS phone numbers, verification codes, and consent records are not used for website analytics or advertising.
Retention and security
We keep email and inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to run the company, then delete or archive them. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can email us to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we need to keep. You can also choose not to contact us or not to use the site.
Children
This website is intended for adults, including clinicians and practice staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. An update does not expand your SMS consent to new message categories. We will obtain any additional consent required before using information for a new purpose.
