By using solianahealth.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a practice or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Who Soliana is
Soliana Health is a company based in Washington, D.C. We are building clinician-directed follow-up tools for dermatology and plastic surgery practices. The public website describes that product. It is not, by itself, a clinical service.
The website and preview
This site includes marketing pages, company information, and a demonstration of the clinician workspace. The demonstration uses sample data. It does not create a treatment relationship, store a real medical record, or enroll a real patient.
Clinician sign-in on this site is invitation-only. Submitting an email and password on the public sign-in page will not open a live workspace.
Access to any future clinical product will require a separate agreement with Soliana and, where required, with the practice that uses it.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Content, screenshots, example pathways, and sample cases are illustrative. They are not a substitute for professional judgment. Soliana does not independently diagnose. Clinical decisions stay with the care team.
If you are a patient, contact your own clinician for questions about your care. Do not use this website in an emergency. Call emergency services if you need urgent help.
Acceptable use
You may use the site to learn about Soliana and to contact us. You may not:
- Submit real patient information, medical images, or other health records through the website, sign-in form, or preview.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the portal, or related systems.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse the site or demonstration in a way that misrepresents Soliana or creates a competing service from our materials.
- Use the site to send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
Intellectual property
The Soliana name, logo, website design, product copy, and demonstration materials belong to Soliana Health or our licensors. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy the site or our marks for your own product or marketing without our written permission.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy policy. Please do not send patient information through this website or by email.
Disclaimers
The website and demonstration are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular clinical or business purpose. Example follow-up schedules are illustrations. Practices set their own plans.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soliana Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the website or demonstration. Our total liability for claims relating to the public website is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50), or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Washington, D.C. have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Soliana may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
